Who We Are
Established in 2000 by Kenneth Gettinger, KPG Capital Partners is a placement agent and third-party marketing firm that provides advisory services and capital introductions to alternative investment managers operating in both the private and public markets, as well as real estate. With our primary focus being capital introduction, we have engaged with managers that we feel demonstrate excellence and differentiation in their respective disciplines.
The current challenging environment of capital raising demands creative thinking and use of new tools to achieve success. Our team collaborates with our clients to craft a strategy based on competitive structuring, thoughtful messaging and disciplined outreach. We have been involved in fund and co-investment offerings and structures of varying complexity. Understanding the element of time is key to the service we provide to our clients and to the relationship we maintain with investors. Our firm’s greatest asset is the knowledge base, expertise and experience of the KPG team, whose core members originated out of the UBS trading and sales group formed in the late 1980’s. We strive to bring the best of each individual’s skill set to bear when working with both investors and clients.
We have worked with a wide range of established and emerging managers including private credit, private equity, venture capital real estate, emerging markets, global macro, commodities, equity and fixed income. Our investor relationships include family offices, RIAs, pensions, foundations, endowments, wealth and asset management platforms.
KPG has a global presence with representatives in New York, Miami, Minneapolis, Paris, and Park City. The KPG team carries significant securities registrations, and our broker-dealer is registered with the SEC and is a member of FINRA.
